Terrible customer serviceHorrendous customer service. I paid for two day post and they said my hat would arrive at my hotel on the Thursday. They delayed sending it and the hat didn’t arrive until Saturday. I’d already left the hotel by then. Customer service said that they’d sort it out with the hotel. I discussed with the hotel and passed on the contact detail. Sungrubbies is now not doing what they promised and has gone silent.
